What to include

You may attach a screenshot after hiding secrets and other people's personal information.

• Account: username and a short description of the problem.
• Billing: invoice number, amount, date and selected payment method.
• API: timestamp with time zone, application or IDE, error code and Request ID.
• Data or account closure: username and the action you want performed.

Safe communication

Never send your password, full API key, login codes, seed phrases, private wallet keys or complete payment-card details. Account, invoice or request metadata is enough for an initial investigation.
